Debuting this year are chef’s special creations of Baked White Lotus with Bird’s Nest and Chilled Avocado with Lemon Paste. Indulge in fragrant white lotus paste with premium bird’s nest filling wrapped in a traditional baked skin, selling at RM50+ per piece. For the adventurous palate, try the velvety smooth snow skin chilled avocado with lemon paste selling at RM36+ per piece. These delectable creations are also available in gift boxes of 4.
In addition to the 2 unique mooncake flavours, Si Chuan Dou Hua also offers a range of traditional baked mooncakes featuring popular classics such as Pure Lotus Paste, White Lotus with Single Yolk, Golden Emerald with Single Yolk and Assorted Fruit and Nuts. These are made with top quality lotus paste, egg yolk and fragrant pandan paste. Also, don’t miss out on the healthy Assorted Fruit and Nuts mooncake.
